Chad Hoffman, (Director of the International Trade Center, ITC) Chad is responsible for overseeing NORBIC's International Trade Center and works with clients to increase their revenues through international trade. Chad has over nine years of international experience in several industries, with expertise in manufacturing. Chad was employed at Wahl Clipper Corporation as the Territory Manager for Latin America. In this position, Chad helped establish a subsidiary office and warehouse in Argentina as well as overhaul the supply chain from Wahl's manufacturing facilities in 3 continents to all Latin American and Asian distributors. Chad also developed an international product line for Latin America and Asia which allowed for a streamlined product offering, reducing the total SKU count by 40%. Sales increases were recorded every year during Chad's tenure at Wahl. Chad has also served as the International Sales & Marketing Manager at Zevro, a producer and marketer of kitchen storage products. During his time at Zevro, Chad was promoted several times to eventually become VP of International Sales. Chad also held the position as VP of International Sales with Conn-Selmer, a manufacturer of musical instruments. His education includes a BA in Marketing as well as a BA in Production and Operation Management. In addition to having lived and worked in Europe, Chad is fully bi-lingual English/Spanish.
