Jack McInerney (Director of the Small Business Development Center) Jack McInerney has joined the Alliance for Illinois Manufacturing / NORBIC in November. Prior to that, he was the Project Manager at the Illinois Finance Authority. There he implemented the IFA's CRM system among other projects. Before that he served as a Funding Manager. Jack began his career at the Chicago Exchanges where he was a member for 17 years and served as Chair of the IDEM division. During his tenure at the CME & CBOT Jack collaborated on exchange start ups in China, Russia, and the British Isles. He holds a BS in Computer Science (Suma Cum Laude) and a Masters Degree in Information Systems (Magna Cum Laude). He is also an adjunct math instructor at a local community college. Jack presently serves on two national boards: The Korean War Veterans National Museum and the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association.
