Nisha Chottepanda Floyd (Director of Business Development) Nisha is responsible for managing partner relationships and overseeing the design and implementation of major marketing campaigns throughout Northeast Illinois. In 2005 Nisha joined us a member of the business development team where she has been responsible for conducting general on-site assessments for manufacturers and providing them with comprehensive benchmarking analysis and resource information. Nisha also assisted in the creation and development of an innovative client outreach model used during client evaluations. Nisha's past work experience includes evaluating economic and labor data for the Illinois Department of Employment Security. Nisha also served as a Business Development Manager for Invest Northern Ireland, an international economic development agency and has worked as a manufacturer's representative. Nisha has traveled extensively throughout the world and continues to make annual trips to Europe and Asia. Nisha received a B.S. in Business Management from Purdue University. Nisha speaks Kanada, a dialect of Hindi and travels to South India annually to visit family.
