Edlong, a family owned business that manufactures dairy flavors, utilized the ETIP to train its workers in teambuilding and OSHA compliance. These courses helped improve communications in the factory and increased the skill level of employees. With the introduction of new approaches and technologies, the company is becoming more competitive. In addition to the ETIP, Edlong worked with NORBIC's International Trade & NAFTA programs to increase their international sales. As a result of working with NORBIC, Edlong's sales have increased by 15% and the number of employees has increased from 63 to 68.
