Is your small
business experiencing serious financial, operational or
other problems? If so, NORBIC may be able to offer you
access to an amazing free resource.
The Turnaround Management Association (TMA), an international
professional association dedicated to corporate renewal
and turnaround management, has offered to assist NORBIC
clients through its Chicago/Midwest Pro Bono Program.
Qualified companies will be assigned a lead TMA volunteer
to work with management to improve the viability of the
company while retaining or creating employment opportunities.
The lead TMA volunteer will bring in the special skills
of other TMA volunteers as needed to achieve the project
goals. On average, qualified candidates receive 40 hours
of free consulting from TMA volunteers, a savings of about
$10,000-$13,000 in consulting fees.
Qualified companies must have $3 million or less of annual
revenues and be within a 2-hour drive of Chicago. Candidates
should also have job retention or creation potential of
at least 4 employees. Pre-venture and startup companies
are not eligible for this program.
All inquiries will be kept in the strictest confidence.
Please contact Colette Buscemi at 773-594-9292 if you
would like more information on the TMA Pro Bono Program.
